payment options

There are two ways to order our products: online, and for UK customers only, by mail order.

on-line

Simply click on the 'Add to basket' button on the page of the product you wish to purchase.
On check-out the following Postage and Packing will be added:

Payments can be made by PayPal which offers a secure online credit card payment.  

Ordered items will be despatched by airmail to overseas addresses and should arrive in about 10 days or sooner.

Please note: Multicultural vinyl dolls, the cloth dolls and the puppets are not available to non-UK customers.

by mail order (available to UK customers only)

If you prefer to pay by cheque please follow this procedure:

• Download Order Form here

• Complete the form with the codes, quantities and prices of the goods you require.

• Add appropriate shipping charges (10% of order up to £149.99 and free for over £150).

• Make cheque payable to East-West Education. (Schools, institutions and government departments can be invoiced on dispatch of goods if preferred.)

• Mail completed order form and cheque to:

• We will post your parcel as soon as the cheque is cleared.

Prices quoted are exclusive of VAT.  As a small organization, we do not charge VAT.

terms of sale

Unless otherwise agreed, payment is due within 30 days of invoice.  Payment should be made by cheque to East-West Education or via BACS (please phone for details).  Please quote the invoice number on the reverse of the cheque.  EWE reserves the right to charge interest on all overdue accounts at the rate of 2% per month.  Ownership (title) of the goods only passes to the purchaser on full payment of the appropriate invoice.

returns policy

We do not supply goods on a sale or return basis.  Goods supplied correctly to order are not normally returnable.  Colours and designs shown on this website are representative only as a wide variety of fabrics are used.  If you are interested in a specific colour, for example please telephone or email us to check availability before ordering.  Our handloom fabrics will characteristically show slubs and random colour cotton fibre.

Items deemed unsuitable will not be accepted for return of credit. We take great pride in our service.  If however, we have made an error, please notify us within 3 days of receipt of the articles.

use of information

Information provided to us will be used for the purposes of processing your order and keeping you up to date with new products, development and special offers.  We will never disclose your details to third parties.  If you do not wish to be on our mailing list, please contact us.
